Building on previous work, these images challenge representations of disability, and societal projections of body politics onto disabled bodies, and explores the phenomenology of non-conforming bodies. This project works to portray my own experiences with invisible disabilities using performance and comedy to break open the stereotypes that disabled bodies are controlled by, working with self portraiture in more absurd ways than ever before.
